With the unemployment rate being above 8% for 43 months straight America does not have a choice, but to change its strategy.
I believe with any good plan it must be thought out, well planned and executed quickly. Forty-three straight months with the unemployment rate being above 8% is not what I consider swift action to change a problem and fix America’s unemployment rate and lower the rising debt.

Mitt Romney has a five-part proposal to help correct this epidemic that America is facing right now.  The first part of the proposal is to make the United States more energy independent by starting to use more of our own energy sources, and cut out the billions of dollars we send overseas for these resources. This first proposal will help lower cost of these natural resources that are produced which lowers the production cost to companies, and puts the blue collar American back to work.

The second part of this plan is to level the playing field in the global market by opening up new markets for American goods and services to be traded. This plan would also include confronting nations like China and working to stop the increasing of jobs that live in our country and go over there.

The third part is taking place right here in our own back yard.  Romney plans to improve our public education system, making higher education more accessible and better retraining programs to help the unemployed American find work.

Part four of Mitt Romney’s plan is to cut the deficit, reduce the size of government, and get the national debt under control. This is so that America remains a place where businesses want to grow and create new jobs.

The final part of this plan is to help small businesses by lowering the taxes and reducing the regulations set upon them. These taxes are becoming burdensome, stifling them from growing.

Mitt will pursue a comprehensive tax reform that lowers tax rates for all Americans and cuts back on the red tape that drives up costs and discourages businesses from hiring. It is not that the American people pay too little in taxes, but that the government spends too much. As you get ready to vote in this upcoming election remember to vote for the man giving you his best, in hopes that you will be given the opportunity to be your very best. God bless America
