SGA president reaches out to students

My fellow students at UT Martin, I am honored to have the opportunity to serve as your Student Body President for a second term.  

I would like each of you to know that the Student Government Association is here for you.  We will need your thoughts, concerns, and ideas for the upcoming year to be a success.  

Some of our plans for the upcoming year include:

•Continuing to fight any unnecessary fee increases.

•Continue to work on unfinished projects such as: academic advising evaluations, childcare facility expansion, and athletic event awareness.

•Continue to provide a safe atmosphere for students, faculty, and staff.

•Work more closely with satellite campus’

•Continue to work under budget for the next physical year.

These are some items I have on my agenda for the upcoming year, but SGA will need student support and involvement for other ideas and initiatives.  

UT Martin is a University for the students, but my assembly and I will need your help to make it everything that you would like it to be.
